The fa Maag-Electronic sells goods about electronic media. The elevation, processing and use of your customer's dates follows after the strict default of the German data security right. The upraised dates are processed only in this respect and used as this is necessary for the realisation of the deal closed with you and the care of the customer's relations resulting from it and legally allowed. If you use our on-line shop, we ask you to state your name, your telephone number, your email address and company headquarters. The fa Maag-Electronic uses the upraised dates only for the following purposes: 1. to deal with around orders 2. to inform around at regular intervals by e-mail with newsletters about news or offers 3. to lead around you in the dealer's list of our Internet portal 4. to appoint around other companies with the fulfilment of your order (e.g., GLS or DHL) The fa Maag-Electronic does not transmit your dates into three parts. Exceptions are compelling regulations or offence against terms of use, in particular if an executable official or judicial order is given. As far as we are legal or are obliged by judicial decree to it, we will transmit your dates to person entitled to receive information places. |
